James “Wishbone” Howard earned the Hi-Over-All Trophy as the top marksman at the Buffalo City Gun Club’s Memorial Hall of Honor Coin Shoot on Aug. 11.
Howard, who won the Class A 16-yard singles event with a score of 99, connected on 290 of his 300 attempts to earn the top score of the competition.
Brian Mohler posted a score of 99 in the Class A doubles event.
Two other shooters posted 98s. David Rohrich had 98 in the short-yardage Handicap event. Jace Eagleson also posted a 98 in the medium yardage Handicap.
