Texas man named managing editor at Williston

WILLISTON, N.D. (AP) — David Rupkalvis is the new managing editor of the Williston Herald.

WILLISTON, N.D. (AP) — David Rupkalvis is the new managing editor of the Williston Herald.

The newspaper made the announcement on Wednesday.

Rupkalvis has more than 20 years of experience in journalism. Before coming to Williston, he was an editor of a newspaper in Texas.
