9-man season kicks off tonight
The high school football season kicks off tonight. Seven area Region 1 9-man teams open their seasons tonight, including a couple within comfortable driving distance.

Seven area Region 1 9-man teams open their seasons tonight, including a couple within comfortable driving distance.
Edgeley-Kulm and LaMoure-Litchville-Marion both play at home tonight. The Rebels host Richland, while the Loboes welcome in Strasburg-Zeeland.
Elsewhere, defending 9-man state champion Napoleon-Gackle-Streeter opens up defense of its crown on the road against Sargent Central.
South Border and Ellendale open on the road. South Border plays at Wyndmere-Lidgerwood and Ellendale is at Hankinson.
All games kick off at 7 p.m.
