There was no speaker for the evening.
Table Topics Master Bryan Jones asked Paul Behle, Deb Alber, Anita Monek, Martin Monek and Goodrich to perform 1- to 2-minute impromptu speeches on a few different subjects.
The winner of the best table topics was Martin Monek. He also served as the general evaluator, evaluating the meeting and giving suggestions for improvements.
Ah-counter/grammarian was Behle. Timer was Alber and joke master was Anita Monek.
The fall conference was discussed. It will be held at the Gladstone Inn & Suites on Oct. 26-27.
The next meeting’s speaker is Bryan Jones and Toastmaster is Mary Schwartzkopf.
Toastmasters is held at 6 p.m. Tuesdays in the basement of St. James Basilica. All are invited to come check out the meeting.
