Scores high in trapshooting league

Six teams cleared 1,100 points and another 12 surpassed the 1,000-point plateau during Week 12 action at the Buffalo City Gun Club’s Trapshooting League.

Six teams cleared 1,100 points and another 12 surpassed the 1,000-point plateau during Week 12 action at the Buffalo City Gun Club’s Trapshooting League.

Wonder Bar I had the leading mark in Week 12, posting a score of 1,163 to top the Browning division. Wonder Bar II was 40 points off the pace at 1,123.

Four of the five teams in the Beretta division were over 1,100 with Budweiser (1,144) narrowly edging out Schumachers (1,137) and Gun & Reel (1,133).

Wonder Bar III and Goldade/Hammer tied for the top spot in Remington at 1,077. Goodrich/Laneys was just four off the pace.

The leader in Winchester was again Dan Poland Machine (1,060).

Andrew Triebenbach led the youth shooters with a score of 195.

Eight shooters connected on all 25 of their shots. They were Tyler Goldade, Niles Mueller, Beau Bredahl, Frank Schumacher, Shawn Schumacher, Don Erickson, Lloyd Kollman and Ross Bendawahl.
