Allmer continues rein at the top

Jamestown High School standout senior Alison Allmer remains at the top of the Class A girls cross country poll after she eased past the field at a home invite last week.
Allmer is followed by Bismarck Century’s Jordan Jacob and Fargo Davies’ Katie Bye. West Fargo and Bismarck are one and two in the team poll, respectively.
Jake Leingang of Bismarck High continues to stay atop the Class A boys poll with his Demons sitting atop the team poll.
Lisbon’s Thomas Horgeshimer is ranked No. 1 in the Class B boys poll. His teammate, Jacob Gallagher, is listed third, while Griggs County Central’s Luke Ressler is ranked sixth.
New Town has the edge on Lisbon at the top of the team rankings.
Averi Olson and MacKenzie Holkesvig are ranked fifth and sixth, respectively in the Class B girls poll, and Carrington’s Ann Endres is ninth. Barnes County North’s Tess Scott rounds out the poll at 10th.
Hillsboro is top-ranked in the team poll.
