He was previously convicted of permit obscene performance of a minor and possession of material on Aug. 1, 2007, in Barnes County District Court. For the first charged he was sentenced to one year and one day with 284 days suspended with two years supervised probation and for the second charge he was sentenced to 82 days with 82 days credit for time served.

Harding is on probation with North Dakota Parole and Probation.

Harding is not wanted by police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court. The notification is intended for public safety and not to increase fear in the community. The information should also not be used to threaten, assault or intimidate Harding.
