Man pleading guilty to selling meth
A North Dakota man says he will plead guilty to dealing drugs near a school. Kyle Miller is charged in federal court with two counts of distribution of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of school. He faces a maximum penalty of 40 years in prison on each count.
MINOT (AP) — A North Dakota man says he will plead guilty to dealing drugs near a school.
Kyle Miller is charged in federal court with two counts of distribution of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of school. He faces a maximum penalty of 40 years in prison on each count.
Authorities said Miller distributed methamphetamine to a confidential informant on two occasions in December 2011. The transactions took place near the New Town elementary school.
A sentencing date has not been set.
