McDonald, Ruud

Tahnee McDonald and Mychael Ruud, both Minot, N.D., announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

Parents of the couple are Terry and Robyn McDonald, Jamestown, and Sonny and Wendy Ruud, Bismarck, N.D.

Tahnee is a 2003 graduate of Jamestown High School, Jamestown, and a 2007 graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead, Moorhead, Minn., with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. She is a site coordinator at Minot Public Schools, Minot.

Mychael is a 2004 graduate of Bismarck High School, Bismarck, and a 2008 graduate of North Dakota State University, Fargo, N.D., with a bachelor’s degree in sports recreation. He is an assistant store leader at Scheels, Minot.

An April 20, 2013, wedding is planned at Las Vegas, Nev., with a reception and dance to follow at a later date in Jamestown.
