St. Mary’s rolls past Jamestown

The Jamestown High School boys soccer team had a hard time keeping track of Ben Weisbeck on Thursday.

The Jamestown High School boys soccer team had a hard time keeping track of Ben Weisbeck on Thursday.

Weisbeck, also a standout basketball player, scored three goals and assisted on another in leading Bismarck St. Mary’s to a 6-0 shutout in West Region action in Bismarck.

St. Mary’s goalie Tom Gilchrest had four saves.

Jamestown goalkeeper Hunter Munson stopped 19 saves in the loss.

The Blue Jays are back in action when they host Mandan at 7 p.m. today at Rotary Field.
