Sarah Michelle Ellsworth, 31 1510 11th Ave. NE, Apt. 24, pleaded guilty to theft of property, a Class C felony.
Ellsworth was accused of taking $2,000 from a Jamestown bank in an incident that occurred from July 10-19.
Judge John T. Paulson sentenced Ellsworth to a two-year deferred imposition of sentence during which time she will be on supervised probation.
Ellsworth was also ordered to pay a $400 criminal administration fee, $100 defense/facility administration fee, $25 indigent defense application fee, $300 indigent recoupment, $2,000 restitution and $25 victim-witness fee.
A Class C felony is punishable by five years in prison and a $5,000 fine.
Brandon Kenneth-Leroy Gaden, 21, Fargo, N.D., pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, a Class B felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor.
Gaden was accused of possessing marijuana and equipment used in conjunction with marijuana on Dec. 8, 2011.
Paulson sentenced Gaden to a two-year deferred imposition of sentence during which time he will be on supervised probation. He was also sentenced to not own or possess firearms for the same period.
Gaden was ordered to pay a $650 criminal administration fee, $100 defense/facility administration fee, $25 indigent defense application fee, $300 indigent recoupment and $50 victim-witness fee.
A Class B felony is punishable by 10 years in prison and a fine of $10,000. A Class A misdemeanor is punishable by one year in prison and a fine of $2,000.
Jordan Michael Spaeth, 23, 116 Third St. NW, Apt. 3, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, a Class B felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor.
Spaeth was accused of possessing marijuana with intent to deliver it to another on Feb. 23 and possession of drug paraphernalia used with a controlled substance on Feb. 24.
Judge Thomas E. Merrick sentenced Spaeth to 60 days at the Stutsman County Correctional Center but Spaeth may serve his time at the Meeker County Jail. He was also sentenced to a two-year deferred imposition of sentence and placed him on supervised probation for the same period. He is also prohibited from owning or possessing firearms for two years. He was also sentenced to undergo a chemical dependency evaluation and complete any recommended treatment.
Spaeth was ordered to pay a $650 criminal administration fee, $100 defense/facility administration fee and $50 victim-witness fee.
