Winters joins staff of SCHSC

Patricia Winters joined the addiction unit at South Central Human Service Center, Jamestown, in August.

Patricia Winters joined the addiction unit at South Central Human Service Center, Jamestown, in August.

Winters has a master’s degree in counseling from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks. She is a licensed addiction counselor and provides substance abuse services to the residents of Region VI.

South Central Human Service Center is a division of the North Dakota Department of Human Services. The main office is located in Jamestown with satellite clinics operated in Valley City, Carrington, Cooperstown, Harvey, Oakes and Wishek.
