Laura Kraft is tied for 15th after the opening 36 holes of the Chip-N Club Invitational at the Country Club of Lincoln, Neb.

Kraft, in her sophomore season for the University of Missouri, was just 2-over par after her first 18 holes on Monday, which included a birdie on the Par 4 15th. The second 18 holes proved problematic for the former Jamestown High School standout as she finished 10-over par on the 6,075-yard, par 72 course. It’s the season-opening meet for the Tigers.

Kraft and her Missouri teammates lead the 13-team field. Its score of 611 is three ahead of SMU. Nebraska is the tournament host.

North Dakota State’s Amy Anderson holds the tournament lead. Anderson posted 73 and 74 and holds a 3-shot lead over Missouri’s Katherine Hepler. NDSU is third as a team.
