JRMC Auxiliary holding tea event
Jamestown Regional Medical Center Auxiliary will host the eighth annual Tea For All Seasons from 2 to 4 p.m. Thursday at Trinity Lutheran Church.
Jamestown Regional Medical Center Auxiliary will host the eighth annual Tea For All Seasons from 2 to 4 p.m. Thursday at Trinity Lutheran Church. Tea, sandwiches and sweets will be served, along with a silent auction and door prizes. All proceeds will go toward JRMC Auxiliary. Tickets are $5 per person and will be available at the door.
“Tea For All Seasons is one example of how the auxiliary raises funds and creates awareness within the community,” said Ginne Hendrickson, volunteer coordinator at JRMC. “The members decorate each table with a different theme and provide entertainment. It is an enjoyable afternoon for everyone.”
JRMC Auxiliary was formed in 1973 by Dorothy Chouinard, who is still an active member. The 67-member auxiliary provides services and support for the hospital through financial donations and volunteer services. The money raised by the auxiliary provides materials back to the hospital; these have included baby burp cloths, surgery pillows and grab bars.
