JRFD responds to two fires near Jamestown
The Jamestown Rural Fire Department was dispatched to two fires within 15 minutes Tuesday afternoon, according to scanner reports.

First, the JRFD was dispatched at about 2:30 after a one-ton pickup was reported to be on fire at the Bloom exit, exit 262, which is about two miles east of Jamestown.
About 12 minutes later, a grass fire was reported about two miles south of Jamestown and more JRFD units were dispatched to respond.
No further information was available.
