Wellness luncheon set Thursday
A Worksite Wellness Luncheon is planned from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday at the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Office, lower level, at 120 Second St. SE. The program will be presented by the Jamestown Healthy Lifestyle Coalition.
A Worksite Wellness Luncheon is planned from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday at the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Office, lower level, at 120 Second St. SE. The program will be presented by the Jamestown Healthy Lifestyle Coalition.
Unhealthy employees outnumber healthy ones in most businesses, according to the coalition. This costs the business productivity and profits. A wellness program can turn this around, the coalition says, improving productivity and morale and reducing absenteeism and medical costs.
