Letter to the editor: Berg should only represent North Dakota in Congress

Remember that Rep. Rick Berg, R-N.D., went to Washington, signed Grover Norquist’s pledge and forgot to represent North Dakota. This pledge, to an unelected holdover from the Reagan era, limits Berg’s ability to change problems in our Congress. It also makes for more attack ads from Norquist’s secret financiers.
We do not need our vote to be bought by these unnamed people. We need someone to represent only North Dakota in the Senate. Vote for Heidi Heitkamp.
