Check docks for zebra mussels this fall
Owners of lake-shore property are asked to check docks and other structures for aquatic nuisance species this fall. Owners are particularly asked to check for zebra mussels attached to docks when the structures are removed from the water for the winter.
Owners of lake-shore property are asked to check docks and other structures for aquatic nuisance species this fall. Owners are particularly asked to check for zebra mussels attached to docks when the structures are removed from the water for the winter.
Leave any zebra mussels attached to the dock and contact local Game and Fish Department offices for assistance.
Zebra mussels have not been identified in North Dakota waters but have been found in neighboring states.
