Damage reported in two-car crash

An estimated $7,000 in damage occurred in a Friday crash involving two teenagers, according to the Jamestown Police Department. The crash happened around 2:25 p.m. at the intersection of 12th Avenue and 10th Street Northeast.

An estimated $7,000 in damage occurred in a Friday crash involving two teenagers, according to the Jamestown Police Department.

The crash happened around 2:25 p.m. at the intersection of 12th Avenue and 10th Street Northeast.

Michael Diede, 17, Jamestown, was driving a 1996 Dodge car westbound on 10th Street, when he came to a stop at the intersection with 12th Avenue.

Christina Radi, 17, Buchanan, N.D., was driving a 2005 Ford car southbound on 12th Avenue through the intersection when she was struck by Diede.

No injuries were reported and both drivers we wearing seat belts.

There was an estimated $2,000 in damage to the Dodge and $5,000 in damage to the Ford.

Diede was cited for failed to yield after stopping.
