Bunde speaks on system at TOPS

The Jamestown chapter of TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) #ND 312 had a guest speaker at its regular meeting on Sept. 20.

Jodi Bunde, dietary director at Ave Maria Village, spoke to the group about the food exchange system and led in a discussion.

TOPS #ND 312 meets every Thursday with weigh-in beginning at 8 a.m. and a meeting at 9 a.m. The chapter meets in the lower level of the Salvation Army building on First Avenue North.
