Possible injury in two car crash

One person suffered a possible injury in a crash Tuesday, according to the Jamestown Police Department.
Police said the crash happened around noon at the intersection of 12th Avenue and 13th Street Northeast.
Darren Perleberg, 33, 218 Third Ave. SW, was driving a 1999 Chevrolet stopped at the intersection of 12th Avenue and 13th Street.
Shane Brown, 19, 8211 44th St. SE, was driving a 1999 Ford car eastbound on 13th Street approaching the intersection.
Perleberg attempted to cross the intersection and struck Brown.
Brown was transported via ambulance to Jamestown Regional Medical Center for a possible head injury.
Both drivers were wearing seat belts.
There was an estimated $5,000 in damage to the Chevrolet and $9,000 to the Ford.
Perleberg was cited for failed to yield after stopping.
