Two injured in Cass County accident
Two people were injured in a one vehicle accident in Cass County Sunday, according to information released by the North Dakota Highway Patrol Monday.

Rodolfo Rodriguez, III, 22 of Durbin North Dakota was driving a 1998 Nissan Maxima northbound on Cass County Road 9 when it struck a bridge guardrail. Rodriguez lost control of the vehicle which rolled over ejecting Michael Foley, 19, Fargo, from the vehicle.
Foley was evacuated from the scene by LifeFlight to Sanford Health in Fargo.
Rodriguez fled the scene and was apprehended at about 9 p.m. about a mile from the accident location. He was transported by ambulance to Essentia Health in Fargo.
The accident remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
