Kraft shoots pair of 75s in home meet

The 36-hole tournament began Monday and concluded Tuesday and was played at The Club at Old Hawthorne in Columbia, Mo.

Kraft, a sophomore at the University of Missouri, posted a 79 in the opening round Monday, but cut four strokes off her next two rounds with back-to-back 75s. Kraft made three birdies on Tuesday.

Kraft finished as the Tigers’ fifth-place finisher in the meet. It was Missouri’s lone home meet of the year.

Missouri placed second as a team behind Southern Methodist University, 876-885.

Up next for Kraft and the Tigers is the Hoosier Fall Invite in Florence, Ind.
