JHS freshmen top Aberdeen

The Jamestown High School freshmen football team defeated Aberdeen 23-21 Sept. 28.

The Jamestown High School freshmen football team defeated Aberdeen 23-21 Sept. 28.

Ben Hanson’s 23-yard field goal was the difference in the game. Hanson also had a rushing touchdown and 2-point conversion.

Andrew Hornung and Parker Kid connected for a touchdown through the air, while Nolan Love added one on the ground. Noah Wanzek had an interception late to seal the victory for the Blue Jays.
