The cities of Dickinson and Minot are using a Portland, Ore., architecture firm to create master plans for their downtown areas.
DICKINSON, N.D. (AP) — The cities of Dickinson and Minot are using a Portland, Ore., architecture firm to create master plans for their downtown areas.
Dickinson City Administrator Shawn Kessel says a healthy downtown is the core of every successful community.
The Dickinson Press reports that V3 Studio Architecture uses computer animation and photographs to create visions of what the downtowns would look like with proposed buildings.
