No injuries reported in semi rollover

A semi rolled over and spilled a load of canola Monday morning north of Jamestown, according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
The patrol said Shaun Ebach, 30, Minnewaukan, N.D., was driving a 2007 Kenworth southbound on U.S. Highway 52 toward Jamestown Monday. At about 10:10 a.m., Calvin Ova, 60, 1212 10th Ave. NE #7, was driving a 2000 International on U.S. Highway 52/281 bypass and stopped where the bypass meets the highway. He continued north onto U.S. Highway 52 in front of Ebach.
Ebach veered west onto the bypass to avoid a collision and the truck and trailer rolled onto their sides, spilling canola.
No injuries were reported. Both drivers wore seat belts.
There was extensive damage to the left sides of the Kenworth and the trailer.
Ova was cited for failed to yield.
The crash remains under investigation.
