Winkelman to mark 80th birthday

The Rev. Norman E. Winkelman, Jamestown, will turn 80 on Oct. 14. The family will celebrate his birthday at a later date.

The Rev. Norman E. Winkelman, Jamestown, will turn 80 on Oct. 14. The family will celebrate his birthday at a later date.

Norman and his wife, DeLette, have three children: Brent, Bismarck, Mark, Fargo, and Darcy Beaver, Eden Prairie, Minn.
