Trinity hosting annual fall bazaar

Trinity’s annual fall bazaar will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday in the Trinity Lutheran Fellowship Hall.

Barbecues, pie and coffee or cider will be served for $6 or barbecue or pie and beverage for $3. Baked goods, Scandinavian delicacies, garden produce, plants, jams and jellies, candies and white elephant items will be available for purchase.

The proceeds, supplemented by Stutsman County Thrivent for Lutherans, will help support the women’s benevolences and the kitchen upkeep.

Orders can be placed from Lutheran World Relief catalogs for handcrafts and chocolates, coffee and tea from Third World artisans and producers to be shipped about Dec. 1. Income from sales of these items enables the artisans and producers to improve their standards of living and send their children to schools.
