Field near Kensal reported on fire

A corn field near Kensal, N.D., was reported to be on fire at 2:15 p.m. Friday, according to scanner reports. The Kensal Fire Department was dispatched to the scene.

The field is located 7 to 8 miles west of Kensal and 2 miles south, it’s believed to be 3 to 4 miles northwest of the Arrowwood National Wildlife Refuge headquarters.
