FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A cellular phone that was found and turned into a Fargo telephone store has led to federal child pornography charges against a 32-year-old Moorhead, Minn., man.

Dustin Howard Muscha faces federal charges of sexual exploitation of minors and possession of materials involving the sexual exploitation of minors.

The Forum newspaper reports (http://bit.ly/TfL7TB ) that someone found a phone and dropped it off at a Sprint store in Fargo.

According to court records, the store manager could not locate the phone's owner and eventually browsed files on the phone to try to identify its owner. The store manager notified police after discovering a file that contained a pornographic video of a girl about 6- or 8-years-old.

Court records say telephone company records showed the phone was registered to Muscha.
