Employee arrested for burglary

BISMARCK (AP) — Police said a Bismarck man has been arrested for stealing from the sub shop where he worked.

BISMARCK (AP) — Police said a Bismarck man has been arrested for stealing from the sub shop where he worked.

The 42-year-old man was reportedly identified from the restaurant’s video surveillance tape, which showed him stealing a safe, as well as money from the cash register.

The burglary happened between 5 and 5:30 a.m. Saturday at a Quiznos restaurant. A store manager told police that the suspect was an employee who had closed the store the night before.

A police spokesman told the Bismarck Tribune that the investigation cleared up a previous burglary at the restaurant.
