JRFD responds to field on fire Monday afternoon

The Jamestown Rural Fire Department was dispatched Monday to put out a field on fire about 16 miles south by southwest of Jamestown, according to scanner reports.

The Jamestown Rural Fire Department was dispatched Monday to put out a field on fire about 18 miles south by southwest of Jamestown, according to scanner reports.

The JRFD was dispatched at about 3:25 p.m. Monday after a field was reported on fire near the intersection of 52nd Street and 76th Avenue Southeast, which is about 16 miles south and six miles west of Jamestown.

No further information was available.
