The North Dakota Highway Patrol has identified a Minnesota man killed in a one-vehicle accident Tuesday.

George M. Grimm, 49, Hector, Minn., was eastbound on Cass County Road 26 about four miles east of Gardner, N.D., at 11:09 a.m. when the 1984 International straight truck he was driving drifted off the road into the south ditch. Grimm overcorrected and lost control, the patrol said. The truck came back onto the roadway, rolled and entered the south ditch again. Grimm was ejected and died at the scene.

He was not wearing a seat belt.

The truck was totaled.
