FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A 19-year-old West Fargo man has been sentenced to three years and five months in prison for robbing a convenience store in nearby Moorhead, Minn., at gunpoint.

Brandon Sherman was convicted at trial earlier this year on a charge of felony aggravated robbery, and sentenced Thursday. The Forum newspaper reports that he also was ordered to pay $245 in restitution, and given credit for 231 days of jail time he already has served.

Authorities say Sherman robbed the store in mid-February and was arrested in March based on video footage.
