Lofberg, Haut join staff of Eventide

Eventide at Hi-Acres, Jamestown, has hired Gwyn Lofberg, LRD, as director of nutrition and culinary services and Margo Haut, LSW, as director of admissions and social services.

Lofberg graduated from the University of Central Missouri, Warrensburg, Mo., with a Bachelor of Science in dietetics. She received an associate degree in culinary arts at the University of Johnson and Wales, Providence, R.I.

Lofberg was previously employed by the state of Missouri as a nutritionist II, and by the Kodiak (Alaska) Area Native Association as a diabetes educator. She also owned a bakery and catering company.

Haut graduated from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, with a Bachelor of Science in social work.

Haut was previously employed by Stutsman County Juvenile Court and Stutsman County Social Services. She was also employed by Quality Inn & Suites, Jamestown, and is a bereavement counselor for Haut Funeral Homes, Jamestown.

Founded in 1962, Eventide at Hi-Acres is a faith-based non-profit, offering skilled nursing care and short-term transitional care.
