Jimmies climb in rankings
The Jamestown College volleyball is up in the latest NAIA top 25. The Jimmies (21-6) tied for the fourth-most votes of teams not in the top 25, meaning they were tied for 29th with Southern Oregon.

The Jimmies (21-6) tied for the fourth-most votes of teams not in the top 25, meaning they were tied for 29th with Southern Oregon.
The Jimmies have wins over three teams in the top 25 in No. 19 Doane (21-8), No. 23 Viterbo (27-6) and 24th-ranked Bellevue (26-9). The win over Viterbo, Wis., came Saturday at the Grand View (Iowa) Tournament. Sarah Becker and Katie Zent were named to the all-tournament team.
The Jimmies play their final two home matches this week, hosting South Dakota Mines Thursday at 7 p.m. and Dakota State Friday at 8.
