Food drive set in Ellendale
The Ellendale Cub Scouts are holding a Halloween food drive starting at sundown on Saturday.
The Ellendale Cub Scouts are holding a Halloween food drive starting at sundown on Saturday. People can bring two canned goods or non-perishable items for the Ellendale food bank and then enter the “Scare Crow Forest.” The forest is family safe and holiday fun for all ages. The Ellendale Cub Scouts are designing and building their own Halloween displays and competing for prizes in a prairie maze setting. Each visitor to the Scare Crow Forest will be able to vote on the best display. Refreshments will be served for a freewill donation to the Cub Scout pack.
The Scare Crow Forest is located at 9648 90th St. (Cemetery Road).
