Despite beating Dakota State and South Dakota Mines 3-0 last week, the Jamestown College volleyball team dropped two spots to No. 32 in the latest NAIA coaches poll.
The Jimmies garnered 25 votes, 104 shy of being in the top 25. They’re the only team in the Dakotas to receive votes.
University of Texas at Brownsville fell from its perch to No. 2 this week, making way for Concordia (Calif), which received all 23 first-place votes and boasts a 26-0 record.
The Jimmies visit Black Hills State on Friday and S.D. Mines on Saturday before making the trip to Mayville next Thursday for the A.I.I tournament.
