Mortenson named Musican of Month
The Jamestown High School Music Department has announced that Tom Mortenson has been selected as Musician of the Month.
The Jamestown High School Music Department has announced that Tom Mortenson has been selected as Musician of the Month.
Mort-enson is a member of the JHS Band, Jazz Band, Concert Choir, JHS Show Choir and the JHS Blue
Jazz. He is an outstanding leader in each ensemble, department representatives said.
Mortenson has been selected for numerous festivals including All State Band, All State Orchestra, Northwest Festival Honor Choir, UND Honor Band, and Men’s ACDA Honor’s Choir.
He is the son of John and Becky Mortenson.
