Keyes honored by JRCC for work

Correctional Officer Mark Keyes was chosen as employee of the month for October at the James River Correctional Center.

Correctional Officer Mark Keyes was chosen as employee of the month for October at the James River Correctional Center.

Officials said Keyes is always willing to help out in any area that he can. He recently was able to assist with a technical problem with the inmate TV system and came in to assist on his off hours. Due to his attention to detail, he was recently able to quickly and successfully resolve an emergency situation with an inmate.

Keyes received the award due to his dedication and contributions to the JRCC.
