Pedestrian allegedly hit by car
One person was transported to Jamestown Regional Medical Center for injuries she sustained after allegedly being hit by a car Saturday, according to the Jamestown Police Department.

The accident happened around 6:30 p.m. on the 500 block of 12th Avenue Southeast.
Kami Schumacher, 16, Jamestown, was driving a 2006 Chevrolet passenger car northbound on 12th Avenue.
Lily Cizadlo, 15, Jamestown was walking the same direction.
Cizadlo said she was walking on the left side of the roadway and moved left when she saw vehicle headlights.
She told police she believes she was struck by the Chevrolet and rolled over the top of the vehicle.
Schumacher said she did not see Cizadlo and struck her and immediately stopped.
In the accident report police said the vehicle location and damage were not consistent to Cizadlo being on the left side of the roadway.
She was transported by ambulance to Jamestown Regional Medical Center.
There was an estimated $1,500 to the Chevrolet. It is unknown if Schumacher was wearing a seat belt.
No citations were issued.
