Montpelier OK Club holds meeting

Montpelier OK Club met Oct. 16 with 18 members present. The pledge was said and the president opened the meeting.

Montpelier OK Club met Oct. 16 with 18 members present. The pledge was said and the president opened the meeting. Marlys Boughton read an article from a number of years back, Harold Ratts, Bob Sarbaum and Maxine Toltzman had jokes, and DeLila Everson had a reading about barber shop competition.

Secretary and treasurer’s reports were approved. There was no business to discuss. The door prize went to Sharon Hatelwick. Bingo was played with winners being: small frame, shared by Boughton and Sonia Berg; large frame went to Willie Kamlitz and blackout went to Boughton. Cards were played with winners being: whist, high, Myrna Sarbaum, and low and deuce, Lorraine Gall.

Pinochle winners were: high, Berg, and low, Millie Wilkinson. Lunch was furnished by Norman Winkelman in honor of his birthday.
