BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — The state medical examiner has ruled a 30-year-old Bismarck man's death a homicide.
Mandan Deputy Chief Paul Leingang tells KXMB-TV that Derek Oshkeshequoam (awsh-KEESH'-kuh-wawm) died from being hit in the head with a fist.
Authorities say two men brought Oshkeshequoam to the hospital in a wheelchair on Oct. 28 and then left. Police believe he had been assaulted at a house party in Mandan.
No arrests have been made.
