Ag reporter retiring after 45 years
Longtime agriculture radio and television reporter Al Gustin is retiring after 45 years on the job.
BISMARCK (AP) — Longtime agriculture radio and television reporter Al Gustin is retiring after 45 years on the job.
KXMB television reported that Gustin’s last day on the air will be Nov. 30.
Gustin said he got his first job as farm broadcaster on a television station in 1968.
The Mandan man grew up on a farm and has stayed active in farming. He said he wants to spend more time at the farm with his family.
