Fred Wolff, compliance and risk management officer with First Community Credit Union, has recently earned his Credit Union Compliance Expert Certification.
The CUCE Certification entails webinar training along with compliance training modules to be reviewed in six critical areas: 1) deposit account regulations, 2) general operations regulations, 3) consumer lending regulations, 4) mortgage lending regulations, 5) NCUA requirements and guidance and 6) successful compliance program management.
Approximately 1,700 people have earned this designation through CUNA’s certification program, which is limited to credit union professionals.
Wolff has been with FCCU since March. As the compliance and risk management officer, Wolff is responsible for managing compliance regulations, as well as developing and maintaining risk management practices at FCCU. Wolff is located at FCCU’s Administrative Office at 310 10th St. SE in Jamestown.

He has been a great addition, especially during this time of increased regulation to the financial industry, ensuring our credit union remains compliant.”
