Jamestown Lions discuss feed
The regular meeting of the Jamestown Lions Club was held Nov. 7 with President Shelley Nannenga presiding. The prayer was led by Dr. Ed Anderson, Gary Speidel served as song leader and Darin Finck led the pledge to the flag.

The club discussed the recently completed and successful 24th Annual Buffalo Feed. The next event will be the blood drive in early December led by Chairman Gary Speidel. This will be followed by the Salvation Army bell ringing event to be held on Dec. 19 under the direction of Harold Trautman.
The program for the evening was Stutsman County Sheriff Chad Kaiser, who gave an overview of the Sheriff’s Department and the first two years of his term as sheriff.
The next meeting of the Jamestown Lions Club will begin at 6 p.m. Nov. 21 at the Buffalo City Rotisserie Grill. Visiting Lions and guests are always welcome.
