BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A North Dakota man is accused of attacking four federal officers on the Standing Rock Indian Reservation.
Skyler White Bull, of Fort Yates, has pleaded not guilty in federal court to four counts of assault. Authorities say he kicked three officers and bit another one in the hand.
No further details of the Sept. 13 incident have been released.
Trial is set for Jan. 15. A detention hearing is scheduled Tuesday in Bismarck.
