Northern Plains is celebrating 75 years in business. As part of that, it is seeking submissions from people who can share what it was like to first receive electricity. What did electricity do to life on the farm?
Northern Plains is celebrating 75 years in business. As part of that, it is seeking submissions from people who can share what it was like to first receive electricity. What did electricity do to life on the farm? How did chores change? What could people see or do that they hadn’t before?
Share stories in print, photos or video. The submissions will be featured in the “North Dakota Living Magazine,” on Northern Plains Electric’s website and blog, as well as on YouTube, Facebook and Twitter.
