Pastor Rich Fitzer of Trinity will preach with Pastor Suzanne Orlopp of St. John’s presiding. A joint choir will practice at 6 p.m. in the sanctuary at St. John’s. Anyone who wants to sing in the choir is welcome to attend the rehearsal.
A Thanksgiving offering will be received to be shared equally between the Community Action Food Pantry and the Central African Republic Clean Water Project. Donations of canned goods will also be received to be given to the Community Action Food Pantry. Food items especially needed include boxed meals, macaroni and cheese, canned fruits, canned vegetables, peanut butter, pastas, jelly, soups, crackers and condiments such as mustard, ketchup, relish and pickles. These items will be blessed along with the offering during the service.
There will be a time of coffee fellowship and treats following the worship service in the hospitality center adjoining the sanctuary. The public is welcome.
