Immanuel offers Holy Communion

Holy Communion will be celebrated during the 10:30 a.m. worship service on Sunday at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 1403 Ninth Ave. SE. The Rev. Nels Lillejord, pastor of the Immanuel congregation, will be officiating.

Holy Communion will be celebrated during the 10:30 a.m. worship service on Sunday at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 1403 Ninth Ave. SE. The Rev. Nels Lillejord, pastor of the Immanuel congregation, will be officiating.

The monthly potluck will be held in the fellowship hall following the worship service. Participants are encouraged to bring a dish to share with some to spare for this time of food and fellowship.

All are also welcome to attend the Community Thanksgiving Eve Service to be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday at St. John’s Lutheran Church.

Immanuel Lutheran Church is located next to Gardenette Housing in southeast Jamestown and the building is accessible with no steps for the physically challenged.
